It is now being made by KOVAP in the Czech Republic with tools (CKO 398) bought when the renowned German toy manufacturer Georg Kellermann & Co in Nuremberg stopped production because die-cast models where so much cheaper than its own models crafted from sheet metal. Our models get their coat of paint before they are transferred to Germany for having 4C lettering printed on. The lights etc are then painted by hand and the licence plates applied.
